⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic stay at Quest West End! The location is perfect—right in the heart of Perth, making it easy to get around. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. I also appreciated the convenience of nearby restaurants, shops, and transport. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend Quest West End to anyone visiting Perth.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The environment was incredibly comfortable and clean, making it a perfect retreat. The location is excellent, providing easy access to nearby attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail. I especially want to highlight one front desk staff member who is a woman and seemed to be Japanese. Although I didn’t catch her name, she was exceptionally friendly, always greeting guests with a smile and answering questions thoroughly. All the other staff members were equally warm and welcoming, always wearing smiles. Their hospitality made a significant difference in my experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay!

We were quite surprised and pleased with the property and location. We are traveling Internationally and we did not know anything about Perth. We enjoyed both Quest and Perth.

It was a pleasant stay. The location is a bit far from shopping arcades, personally that’s what won this place for me. It is quiet, pretty safe, and you can still reach the shopping areas, convos, restaurants and cafes conveniently by walking. There’s a bus stop just next to the building, so it’s even easier to reach this place and to go about Perth’s CBD. Shoutout to Miyaki at the front desk who was very helpful and welcoming upon my arrival, ensuring everything was taken for during my stay.

Great place everything you needed was in room. (1 bed apartment).Staff members very helpful & friendly Room very clean & serviced daily .Location was good short walk to main centre and train, bus stops near by and plenty of food & bars.|If visiting Perth again will be staying here.

Great location for proximity to RAC Arena, the CBD, public transport, and car hire companies. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The rooms were the usual Quest standard that we have come to expect.
